RPE Reflex – Product Use Disclaimer

Important Notice

By accessing, purchasing, installing, or using any product sold by RPE Reflex, you acknowledge and agree that all activities involving motorsports, off-road driving, racing, and vehicle modification carry significant risks. Use of our products is entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

Assumption of Risk 

Motorsport and vehicle modification activities involve inherent dangers, including but not limited to:
– Serious bodily injury
– Permanent disability or paralysis
– Severe property damage
– Death

By participating in these activities or installing RPE Reflex products, you voluntarily accept all associated risks. If you do not fully understand or accept these risks, you must refrain from engaging in these activities and discontinue use of RPE Reflex products.

No Warranties

All RPE Reflex products are sold “as is.”
We do not provide any type of warranty, including:
– Express warranties
– Implied warranties
– Warranties of merchantability
– Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

The buyer/user assumes all responsibility for verifying product suitability, performance, and compatibility. Should a product fail or prove defective after purchase, the buyer/user is solely responsible for all associated repair or replacement costs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPE Reflex and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

– Installation
– Use or misuse
– Modification
– Handling
– Vehicle operation
– Participation in motorsport activities

This includes, without limitation, injury, death, property damage, or losses resulting from the use of any RPE Reflex product.

User Responsibilities

The buyer/user is responsible for:
– Verifying product dimensions, specifications, and suitability before installation
– Proper installation and use of all products
– Inspecting products before each use for signs of wear, damage, or defects
– Following all manufacturer guidelines for maintenance, repair, and operation

Any modification, incorrect installation, or use outside recommended guidelines constitutes user negligence and voids any claim against RPE Reflex.

Vehicle Modification Risk

Any modification made to a vehicle—including suspension upgrades, structural changes, or aftermarket component installation—may alter handling, stability, emissions compliance, and general safety. Such modifications may increase rollover risk or violate local, state, or federal regulations.

By modifying a vehicle, the user accepts all potential legal and safety consequences, including fines, penalties, and mechanical failures.

RPE Reflex is not responsible for damage to other vehicle components, accessories, or systems resulting from the installation or use of our products.

No Safety Guarantee

RPE Reflex does not claim or guarantee that any product will prevent injury or death. No product can ensure complete safety. The user is solely responsible for their conduct, safety practices, and decision-making.

Severability

If any part of this policy is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that portion shall be removed without affecting the remainder of the policy. A legally valid provision that best reflects the original intent will be substituted automatically.
