Shipping Policy

Processing and dispatch times are based on the estimated handling period stated on each product page. While we strive to ship all orders within these indicated timeframes—and generally keep all items in stock—the company reserves the right to extend processing times when necessary, including but not limited to delays caused by inventory levels, logistics, or operational needs. Customers may request order cancellation in accordance with our Refund Policy if a delay occurs.

RPE Reflex retains full discretion regarding the warehouse or fulfillment center from which an order ships. Estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Customers are encouraged to contact us at any time to receive updated shipping or delivery estimates based on current stock and availability. We make every reasonable effort to fulfill and deliver all orders promptly and efficiently.

RPE Reflex cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing after the carrier confirms delivery. To help prevent loss or theft, all orders are shipped with a required signature. If no one is available to receive the package, customers should coordinate a pickup directly with the shipping carrier.

RPE Reflex offers worldwide shipping. Orders sent outside of the United States are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms, meaning any import duties, taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Puerto Rico is not considered part of our domestic U.S. shipping zone; shipments to Puerto Rico are also handled under DDU terms.
