Refund Policy

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

The following terms apply to all refunds and exchanges:

A 25% restocking fee applies when the returned item is properly repacked and arrives in unused, sellable condition.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products with a value of $50 or more.

If the package has been opened, photos of the product and of the repacked item prior to shipping are required. This helps verify the condition and avoid charges for additional transit damage.

A valid RMA is required for all returns. Items shipped to RPE REFLEX without an authorized RMA will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Refunds and exchanges are processed only after inspection by our team. Please allow 30–45 days for credit processing. Depending on your card issuer, the refund may not appear until your next billing cycle.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the original order included free shipping, standard ground shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Items purchased as discounted "Garage Sale" floor models are final sale and cannot be returned.

ORDER CHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders placed with RPE REFLEX may be changed or canceled without penalty within the first 48 hours after the order is submitted.
After this window RPE-manufactured products are subject to a 10% change/cancellation fee.

 

INTERNAL RETURN (RMA) REQUIREMENTS

For internal processing, the following must be submitted with each RMA:

Completed RMA form with:

Correct RMA number

Type of credit requested

Accurate SKU/part number

Reason for return

Photos of the product before packaging and after packaging

All freight damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Discounted “Garage Sale” floor models are not eligible for return.

A 25% restocking fee applies when items are returned in new, sellable condition.

Items shipped without a valid RMA will be rejected and sent back.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds on items purchased with free shipping will have standard ground shipping charges deducted.

INTERNAL ORDER CHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders canceled or changed within the first 48 hours incur no fees.

RPE-manufactured items changed or canceled after that period incur a 10% fee.

90-DAY POLICY

Any completed product that remains unclaimed for 90 days after its completion date may be considered abandoned. Ownership of the item, as well as any payments made, may be forfeited. Items held longer than 90 days are also subject to storage and/or disposal fees.
